Lillian is an ’05 graduate of Emory University in dance and theater. Since then she has taught in the Atlanta area with DancerKids, Fly-By Theatre, Moving in the Spirit, and Refugee Family Services. She also performs around town with DENSE, Catellier Dance Projects, Out of Hand Theater, Dance Truck and independent choreographers. Most interested in combination of dance and theater, she founded artist collective Ground Delivery in ’08 towards the pursuit of ways they might meaningfully collide.
Lillian Ransijn created To Have and to Hold for the Atlanta edition curated by Malina Rodriguez of Dance Truck. To Have and To Hold was selected for the 2012 Glovebox Film Festival. Available for live-streaming when you buy a ticket. 65% of the ticket revenue goes back to our artists to support their work. Thanks for believing in the magic and potential in dance film as an art form.
